Can’t log in

App appears to be broken. Cannot successfully log in, instead am redirected to a 0KB document. Looks like some kind of coding file is broken.

Error

Can’t load into anything error 500
Thought this would be cool but unfortunately the app does not even get past sign in, even though it says it already linked to my medical charts …

Good information but app doesn’t work

The information in the app is great, however, when they switched from YoMingo to Bump2Baby360 the app stopped working completely and can’t even load the home page. It is now completely useless.

Wont open

I had Yomingo through my doctors office and then one day I noticed the app changed its name. Now it won’t open and I can’t use it.

Changed

Since they changed over it does nothing but load

Bug fix

Haven’t been able to access the app since the title change/update. When I open the app, all I get is the loading circle.

Completely useless since update

I was recommended this app by my hospital and was excited to use it. But after this update, it’s completely useless! It won’t even open.

Bad update

Won’t load since update from YoMingo

Bad update

This app hasn’t worked for me since this updated to Bump2Baby. So annoying!!!

Problems with latest update

I found this to be really helpful. My OB set me up with it and ever since I updated it from YoMingo to this Bumb2Baby360, I can’t access the app whatsoever. I’ve removed and redownloaded the app and still can’t access it anymore. Really hoping the developers fix this soon.

Rebrand not working

The app was nice when it was yomingo, after the rebrand to bump2baby360 the app won’t even launch for me.

Worked until update

The YoMingo app worked great until it updated to Bump2Baby360. Now it won’t even load.

Amazing Maternity App

The education and video content is so informative. Loved all the included tools also. I feel more prepared for my journey!

Such a helpful and comforting app for moms-to-be!

I’ve tried a few maternity apps, but this one stands out. The daily tips and updates make me feel more connected to what’s happening week by week, and the reminders help me stay on track without feeling overwhelmed. I love how easy it is to use and how it explains things in a way that actually makes sense. It’s like having a supportive friend who knows exactly what stage you’re in. Highly recommend it for any expectant mom who wants to feel informed and encouraged throughout her pregnancy!

Bad update

Bad: This app had an update recently. Ever since, my feeding logs are always incorrect. I can put the information and once I hit save it defaults to current time and info like I never changed it when logging. I also have to frequently login.

Good: love the download feature. I can download my log and print to take to my sons doctor appt.

App doesn’t stay logged in

The app does not keep you logged in. I have to login every single time I open the app which is super frustrating. Even if you choose “remember me” it still logs you out every single time.

Waste of data usage

I am 100% shocked that my OBGYN clinic pushes this app. This app needs to be improved in so many ways. I don’t understand how it is lacking so much. I think the only thing I enjoy out of the app is the countdown to when baby arrives. I will be deleting this and sticking with my other baby tracking apps.

Useful app but can be glitchy.

Great way to track details of my pregnancy. I find the feeding and diaper logs especially helpful now that the baby is here. The ability to download the logs I’ve completed has been helpful for doctors appointments. Unfortunately the app can be glitchy at times. Right now I’m unable to sign in to continue logging information.

App doesn’t know I had a stillbirth

I received an email from YoMingo a few moments ago after having gone a little over a year since the passing of my daughter. The subject line was: “Baby News Week 50: Just say no”

You cannot imagine how hurtful it is to read something like this that assumes you’re walking around with a 50 week old living baby and giving tips on how to care for them. I wouldn’t exactly be opposed to general advice, especially from an app that obviously doesn’t know what happened to me, but the email itself had too much personal information for me to mentally disconnect with it in that way. To name me and then list the presumed age of my dead baby… how I should be setting limits with her and go about teaching her how to walk…

I probably sound dramatic, but this destroyed me today. It has reminded me of the Faustian bargain we have all made with big tech and personal health data. There is little I can do on my own to fix our society’s declining relationship with tech, but I have thought of some ways your devs can prevent retraumatizing women who have had similar experiences as mine. Please consider making the following modifications to your app:

1. Make it easier to unsubscribe from YoMingo emails. You should not have to log into the app itself to do this. It may not seem like much, but having to reset my password after a year only added to the stress and anxiety I was experiencing. I had completely forgotten this app existed until this email.

2. Refrain from using personalization and automation in your emails. I understand the need to send out newsletters and reminders during the presumed pregnancy. But as far as I know I haven’t received an email from this app since before my stillbirth. For it to suddenly address me by name and my baby’s presumed life stages was horrifying in a way I can only describe as dystopic.

3. Reach out to the health network to get updated information. Don’t leave it on patients to inform YoMingo that our babies are dead. Get the necessary data and quietly update the database and profile information. Please consider what I am saying here seriously, and help prevent further and unnecessary trauma for mothers like me.

Stopped loading

The app worked fine for the first 8 months but now it doesn’t load any but a couple of pages. It’s basically wasted phone memory presently…..
