Update of September 2025
After the app updated. It not letting me log in and see how much I have left on the account and after I delete the app and redownload the app it still will not let me log in.
Can’t log in!!
I can’t log in to my account it’s always been the same user and password Never changed. When I go to log in it’s says this:
“Exception:Conversion from string "DBOperations.My-OperationResult.S" to type
'Double' is not valid.”
I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THIS MEANS.

The camera scanner never works
Everything else is ok but the camera scanner to see if a product is ok to purchase never loads
App is great but the benefits not so well
The wic program is very helpful the only thing is that once it came to my baby starting to eat i didn't like that fact they gave so many jar food I would of preferred it in veggie for my baby just because it way healthier! hopefully this will change and they give us the option to switch this .
SCANNER DOES NOT WORK
because the barcode scanner does not work it is so difficult to decipher what is actually approved, this gives me severe anxiety while shopping because I do not want to inconvenience the cashier by not purchasing what was already scanned
