Doesn’t work anymore
They just updated the app and now all that pops up is the loading screen and then it just crashes. I’ve tried it multiple times the last 2 months and I can’t see any of my benefits or appointments. Nothing. Update another 2 months later and nothing has been fixed.
App Crash
When opening the app it crashes back to previous screen. App will not open. Please fix
App will not load
App. Worked fine until a few months ago. Now nothing will load. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no luck.
App Not Working
I use to find the hand handy and useful. Unsure of why it’s now not working properly but for the last two months I’m unable to see any of my benefits. It continues to show the loading screen and then cuts out.
Crashing
Won’t even load the home page. This has been happening for over a month now. Unfortunate because I used the scanner often when shopping, now I have to wait till checkout and get embarrassed if something isn’t covered. Certain fruits and veggies aren’t covered and it’s very confusing without the app.
