Update of September 2025
After the app updated. It not letting me log in and see how much I have left on the account and after I delete the app and redownload the app it still will not let me log in.
Can’t log in!!
I can’t log in to my account it’s always been the same user and password Never changed. When I go to log in it’s says this:
“Exception:Conversion from string "DBOperations.My-OperationResult.S" to type
'Double' is not valid.”
I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THIS MEANS.

The camera scanner never works
Everything else is ok but the camera scanner to see if a product is ok to purchase never loads
App is great but the benefits not so well
The wic program is very helpful the only thing is that once it came to my baby starting to eat i didn't like that fact they gave so many jar food I would of preferred it in veggie for my baby just because it way healthier! hopefully this will change and they give us the option to switch this .
SCANNER DOES NOT WORK
because the barcode scanner does not work it is so difficult to decipher what is actually approved, this gives me severe anxiety while shopping because I do not want to inconvenience the cashier by not purchasing what was already scanned
App Issues
UPC scanner doesn’t work and neither does the Willow option. There isn’t an option to report the issue anywhere. Wish this would get fixed as it’s a hassle to get to check out just told be told the items aren’t approved.
Scanning
The scanner was working great and then all of a sudden it doesn’t scan quick or properly. I’ve called and informed children and families and they told me it could be the store and I informed them it wasn’t. The app is giving me the problem. Then they said just grab and let them do it at check out. Now that’s too much to do when I should be able to do it myself.

Scan doesn’t work
Used to work fine. Upgraded to iPhone15 and now it doesn’t. Same issues with Samsung S21.
Scanner doesn’t work
Wish the scanner would work. Everytime I open it to scan an item it produces heavily pixelated photos. I have an iPhone 14 I know it’s not my phone.

I have an iPhone 14 pro max and it will not scan ANY barcodes no matter how close or far I am from the barcode it is blurry or to small. Please help!? Any advice?
Fix UPC Scanner for iPhone 14
Like other recent reviews, the UPC scanner does not work on iPhone 14 phones. Please fix this issue or add a manual UPC code option.
Barcode scanner
The scanner stopped working when I upgraded my iPhone to 14 pro max, everything works fine in all applications. only in your application the camera does not focus on the barcode
Barcode camera
Please update barcode camera to be compatible with iPhone 14. Unable to scan due to blur because its not using the correct camera setting. Also, a manuel UPC code entry would make WIC shopping 100% easier!
