I had a chance to use Bunny Scooters on my latest trip visiting Kelowna BC. My friend and I had so much fun riding the scooters around downtown area. The scooters were fast, they even had helmets for people like me that are concerned about safety! Overall I would suggest anyone wanting to quickly get around town, or just to have a fun outing use a Bunny Scooter!!

Slow customer service, Deposit refunded
Had a great time riding in Kelowna however slow replies to request for damage deposit (finally refunded). Apparently they were having issues with these emails. Hope to ride again this summer when visiting family. So much fun and a great way to travel the waterfront area! Used multiple scoots and never an issue. What a blast. Thanks guys.

Great experience riding the 🛴, overall! Fast, sturdy, good brakes. I only had glitches ending the rides a couple of times, the trick was to make sure the data’s on. The phone can sometimes pick up a wifi network that’s not authorized, so you can’t end the ride because there’s no signal. Just turn off wifi and end the ride using data. Got my deposit back alright!

Avoid It
I added this application to try it in Kelowna. Ride was fun but pause mode does not work properly and waste your money. After multiple requests, I believe my $15 deposit will never be refunded. Don’t give your money for this scam !!!

I’m really not sure how Bunny is still in business. Their scooters are constantly dead or not working properly. The app isn’t user friendly. And worst of all, if you have any questions/concerns about inaccurate fees or withheld security deposits. You will end up attempting to chase them down for months, with no answers.
My wife and I rented 2 e-scooters in Kelowna at the end of August. Only used $10/each of preloaded money in our wallets. Was charged (2) $25 security deposits and have spent the last 3 weeks attempting to recoup my deposit(s) Impossible to get an answer from anyone at Bunny... still waiting. DO NOT USE BUNNY SCOOTERS. Inferior product, absolutely awful customer service. A joke.

All Scooters Non-Functioning
Of the 10 scooters we tried to use in Kelowna, 8 had no battery, and the remaining 2 did not function at all. Still, we were charged two start up fees and the security deposit. No option to get a refund on my “wallet”. Don’t waste your money.
25 dollars to attempt to rent all scooters were dead
Not impressed what a rip off sounds like I’m losing 10$ and I’ll be waiting 4-5 business days for the other 15$ (security deposit) after attempting to rent one of these so sick of poorly ran businesses costing me my hard earned pay check f&ck bunny scooters

Absolute garbage. Map in the app is terrible. Doesn’t tell you battery life. Charges you for riding when the scooter is dead and won’t move. Do your self a favour and walk or rent a bike. Done waste your time on these. Less then one star

Scooters don’t tell you what battery percentage they are at and if you start up a dead one it charges you... waste of money. If you’re on a scooter for less than a minute you shouldn’t be charged. Fix it. And you don’t get back your $15 security deposit.. What a waste of money.
Not able to ‘end ride’
This experience has ruined our day in Kelowna, BC. The ‘end ride’ or ‘pause ride’ did not work. We tried multiple locations and the app was still running the time. Our journey was 10 minutes and now going on an hour. Our MasterCard is being charged no one is answering the phone and no more room for voice messages. This is ridiculous. Worst experience.

Almost all of the scooters in Kelowna don’t work, yet they charge you the start fee and per time rate regardless. Customer service doesn’t answer.

These scooters are a scam. When ending a ride you must cancel it via Bluetooth on your app and the ride was ended for me the scooter would not move and the app continues to charge me even now.

Best way to see a new city!
We have used these scooters in cities in the States and love using them to get a real feel for the city we are visiting! It is the best way to get around and make sure we hit all the stops! These Bunny scooters are the best quality we have had yet, sturdy, reliable, comfortable and easy to use scooters and hope they are in other cities soon! We will pick where to vacation next based on where these scooters are offered! So much fun!
