Cannolis
The cream of cannolis very sweet and taste like milk and corn starch. Not what I expected. Couldn’t even swallow. 🙃

Love Buona
Doesn’t matter where I am in Chicago land area if I see a Buona I’m going to stop in and grab me a beef sandwich. It’s always going to hit the spot. I get mine with hot and sweet pepper baptize. There cheese fries are to die for. I’ve been to few of their locations and the ones I truly loved the most is orland park and st Charles location. They give the best service. If something is wrong and rarely it is they fix it

Buona!!!
Poorly Designed
This app is one of the worst. It’s difficult to use for ordering through the app because of the crossover use with other restaurant chains and passwords setup with those restaurants then interfere with each other. This causes further problems with from using any of their restaurant apps utterly making them useless.

Misleading promotion
I received a notification from the app that pizzas were $7.99. I came into the store and my pizza rang up $9.99 before any add ons.

Wanted well done fries . Had to redo. Fries are small pieces. Had to stop eating my Beef So the fries could come back from fryer. Wanted beef baptised. Not close but I ate it that way .
