This app is one of the worst. It’s difficult to use for ordering through the app because of the crossover use with other restaurant chains and passwords setup with those restaurants then interfere with each other. This causes further problems with from using any of their restaurant apps utterly making them useless.

Misleading promotion
I received a notification from the app that pizzas were $7.99. I came into the store and my pizza rang up $9.99 before any add ons.
Fries and more
Wanted well done fries . Had to redo. Fries are small pieces. Had to stop eating my Beef So the fries could come back from fryer. Wanted beef baptised. Not close but I ate it that way .

Don’t let me sign up new account because of the used phone number. My old email is no longer active.
No log in page
I’d probably visit Buona more if the app worked. When I try to log in, a page that requires my phone and DOB pops up. If I fill in the info it tells me the phone number has already been used. Yes it has, it’s mine. I cannot get around the page. Delete the app and reload it. Get a log in Page. Put in my info and it goes back to that same page that requires my phone and DOB. This has happened for ages. Maybe it doesn’t like iPhones? Annoying.

Food never an issue. It’s always been a poor operating app
The protein bowls are delicious and so is every thing else. I just can’t eat the other items due to the salt content. I would like to see more reduced sodium items on the menu. The app seldom works correctly for me and I have to go in and speak with a human, which isn’t a bad thing but sometimes less convenient.

Went to Hillside location-BOGO was on screen in store -Already placed my order went back to register and was declined to get my free beef. Manager and several other employees came over and refused to help-Why advertise if you can’t deliver to a loyal customer 🤔??????
