Delete, reinstall, turn on WiFi
Try deleting the app and then re installing it, I was able to login. Also, if you’re stuck on the page with the spinning circle verifying you, try turning on your WiFi and refreshing. I’m able to be logged in again. 3 stars for my troubles
This app doesn’t work most of the time
Frequently I get a message that I am unable to access the information, I need to retry, and this app is only good in North America. I AM IN N.A.!!!! I remove the app, add it back, and it still doesn’t work.
The app has so many bugs
I can’t believe this app went through beta testing. You can’t login but it allows you to sign up for perks. A third-party asked to information which I’m not keen to and suspect it could be a virus. Honestly, so poorly done. This is coming from someone who is computer savvy.
Where are the perks?
There’s no obvious way to see offers or perks on the app.
Terrible App
Loyalty doesn’t pay off when you can’t use the app. A serious disconnect from the app and the website. Getting perks is near impossible. Good thing there’s other places I could go that does reward its loyal patrons.
