Terrible App and Membership
Can’t login, app is glitches, and I feel they do this on purpose so you don’t earn points towards rewards
Terrible app
Probably one of the worst apps out there. Had the link sent to me 3 times to change my password but each time failed. And app is confusing for rewards program. No where does it say what rewards you have. Portillo’s is good food but bad tech.
It used to work…
But now, it’s so bad. I realize that login issues of the past had to do with the hosting site and they weren’t specifically Portillo’s fault. I can deal with that getting cleared up by the host. But this version (V4.8.4) has some patch fixes that make the app a pain to deal with. The UI used to flip automatically to the order tracking page once an order was placed. Now, it takes you back to the landing page and forces you to dig through submenus to track your order. That redirect was NOT broken, so why fix it? Please, Portillo’s…find a new host for your app. The current host isn’t doing you any favors.

Complete garbage
App doesn’t work. I reset my password and it crashes. Trash.
Terrible login experience
The app doesn’t keep you logged in and requires two separate logins to actually access your account. Half the time logging in doesn’t work.
