Me and my sister attending our monthly Cooper Hawks visit. This visit was the worst! The hostess staffed, new waitress the service and no manager to be seen.
The reason was they were short staffed…. The one manager states he was just transfer to that location…no customer service recovery after we started our complaints. I told my sister it’s time find another location. Annapolis location has gone down hill.

Log in issues
You have to constantly log in. The passwords never save.
Glitchy
This App is so glitchy. It constantly logs you out but when you try to sign back in it doesn’t accept your password. I have to call their tech and have them walk me through changing my password because when I change it myself to doesn’t allow me to log in with the new password
Another wonderful night
We again had a lovely evening at the Gurnee Coopers Hawk. The food was wonderful as always, but the service was over the top! Thanks to Hannah who did a fabulous job!
