App needs to keep me logged in

This app could be the most frustrating app I have had. How can you make an app that is impossible to log into! It doesn’t matter what is in the app itself when you can’t get to it.
The biometrics rarely works and I’m sick and tired of getting the Error code. Great wine, great food, terrible technology!! Fix it so people can enjoy and manage their account

Doesn't work
Doesn't save your username or password. Doesn’t do Face ID. Idk what happened but it doesn’t work anymore. Hasn’t in months.
Laggy and Crashes
App would be so good if it didn’t log you out after nearly every use. Sometimes won’t even let you login throws up error codes. same with bottle history being wrong sometimes.
Not as expected
Our wine tasting person was amazing!!!!! Our server once we sat down was horrible!!!! Checked on us 2 times in the 2 hours we were here!!!! Was berating us about not telling her about an allergy. Extremely rude. Water empty! Wine empty!! Spent tons of time at every other table, laughing, helping. I’m shocked! Will not come to the Orlando location ever again!!!! Disappointed

Love the happy hour
I recently joined as a wine club member, which has turned into dining at the restaurant quite often lately. Absolutely love their happy hour and highly recommend.

Unable To Login
This has been going on for a while now. I can log in to Cooper’s Hawk via of online with the same username/password but when I go to the app it’s always giving me an error…and I am still unable to log in using the app…this will be my 3rd time deleting it and reinstalling it but the issue still seems to happens

Fix the app!
The Cooper’s hawk app is the worst app I’ve ever been on. It constantly logs you out or doesn’t log you in due to an issue. Never remembers your face or password/username. Fix it please. It’s exhausting to reset your password every time.

So the biometric updates will help but why won’t it keep me signed in it’s easy. Keep me signed in and save my password.

We love Cooper’s Hawk, but tonight the entrys were disappointing. My husband’s chicken was dry and my mahi was also dry. I asked for another attempt, but it was just over covered in sauce, just disappointing. We are at Ambassador’s level which means we are loyal, but we felt our loyalty wasn’t enough. Our sever understood our
disappointment, but never asked for a manager. Not top notch, in our humble opinion 😢

Best Place Ever
The food is Amazing the service is great and wine AWESOME

I would really like the app if it didn’t constantly sign me out of it and disable my Face ID. Mix that with it giving errors all the time can be incredibly frustrating. I really don’t want to have to sign in every other time I open the app.

This wine club used to be very upscale, but as for me and others the quality has gone down tremendously.
The food quality isn’t always there, sometimes the seafood isn’t fresh and some of the workers seem to be messy and give this “upscale “ restaurant a bad vibe.
It used to be an “outstanding “ place to be, but now not so much!
Because of this I rarely go when this used to be my ultimate hangout and would be the 1st to tell everyone how great this place is and go to the wine club dinner.
As for me it’s now just some place to go. Nothing special any more.!
