Great app when the password can be saved. Is not you can’t reset the password easily. It sends you into a loop of resetting be not saving the password to login.

My wife and I have been members since our anniversary 2013 and our kids joke that if they ever couldn’t find us they would check Coopershawk So glad they in Des Moines now that we live in Atlantic IA. We have taken many friend and most have become wine club members.

Wine good, food and service below average
Service has never been good. Tonight we ate there and our bill was $80.58. The suggested gratuity was $32.55. I ordered my steak, medium rare. It was medium well. The food took forever to come the waitress, as nice as she could be, was nowhere to be found most of the time we waited for everything.

Except PGA
Enjoyed the membership for years but the PGA location has employees that lack professionalism. We will avoid this location for a while and hope they make some corrections and pay attention to the issue.
Why do I have to log in every time?
The app is good except for the fact you have to log in every time? Is there a reason you don’t use the capabilities of the phone that allow us to unlock with facial id or save passwords? It’s ridiculous!
Kenwood
The Cooper’s Hawk in Kenwood it’s always excellent service beautiful customer service skills. They display a awesome knowledge of the vineyards and wines and I just love the Cooper’s Hawk and Kenwood.
