Never works for me
Terrible app and membership identification. We’ve had so many problems with them not recognizing our membership for YEARS! They keep giving us new cards and they never seem to work with the app.
Online ordering
Online ordering will not work. As soon as you get to the total screen it will not let you complete the transaction.
Awesome Place
Great place to dine whether it’s a lunch or dinner and don’t forget the wine tasting. All fantastic and don’t forget to walk out with chocolates and a bottle of wine from the wine club.

Impressed
We’ve been wine club members for two years. We had low expectations due to a different winery. However, Cooper’s Hawk renewed our love of great wine in addition to the delicious and consistent food. We’ve had very good experiences every time we’ve gone whether it be the monthly wine tastings, dinner or the special wine club dinners. The perks & point system are very good and well thought out. We could not be happier!!

Me and my sister attending our monthly Cooper Hawks visit. This visit was the worst! The hostess staffed, new waitress the service and no manager to be seen.
The reason was they were short staffed…. The one manager states he was just transfer to that location…no customer service recovery after we started our complaints. I told my sister it’s time find another location. Annapolis location has gone down hill.

Log in issues
You have to constantly log in. The passwords never save.
Glitchy
This App is so glitchy. It constantly logs you out but when you try to sign back in it doesn’t accept your password. I have to call their tech and have them walk me through changing my password because when I change it myself to doesn’t allow me to log in with the new password
Another wonderful night
We again had a lovely evening at the Gurnee Coopers Hawk. The food was wonderful as always, but the service was over the top! Thanks to Hannah who did a fabulous job!

I was seated at a table with filthy plates. I asked the manager how this happened and she said the dishwasher was broken
Fix Face ID
This app is great once you get logged in. It logs you out all the time and then does not work with password programs or Face ID. Please fix this issue. It’s been years.
Won’t use my Face ID
Sucks! I have Face ID enabled. It won’t work. It always signs me out and so are toy has an error code when I sign in
