I miss manifest
This software is garbage. It currently isn’t working even after re installing, updating my phone, everything.
Even when it does work it’s unintuitive and just basically awful.

Add logbook function
This is a pretty good app and I guess it will skyrocket if you adding a logbook function to it.
2025 Updates and UI refresh!!!
Team well done on this new UI for the app it brings the app into this generation. The new log book feature is welcoming as I was transitioning to something electronic. I would like to see a wing load calculator as the next feature. Keep up the excellent work!!!
Utter Garbage
I know we have special people in this sport, but this app, was definitely a brain child of someone who takes entirely too long in the door.
Embarrassing, really. How many people work in tech who jump, and we get this piece of dookie? Too many issues to count.
Between the account resets, short schoolbus schizophrenic UI, and other “features” that truly turn a beautiful day at the dz into a full on relapse of rage and alcoholism.
Wish we could all tell this clown to go flare somewhere else, but we are all stuck with this for now. Shameful, really.

Please Fix
It seems silly that a skydiving app requires you to change passwords every few months like its something that is at risk of being hacked. I don’t even change my bank passwords that often. It’d be nice to stop needing to change password.
Merit Connection Doesn’t Seem to Work
When I go to connect my account with Merit, it doesn’t add any licenses in, even though the licenses show up just fine in Merit. The only things that have been added are things manually from my DZ. It is nice to be able to add myself to a load though.
Watch problems
Watch app seems broken. Asks you to log in on a phone and then crashes when you do, refuses to open until uninstall then reprats.

watch app keeps saying to log out and log back in but anything i try wont get it working. if it worked like its supposed to, this would be 5 stars.
Needs work
My Loads > Sport Loads page has issues. Shows same load repeated, resulting in page showing progression with time change, instead of replacing with new load info. Backing out to My Loads page, then going back in shows blank screen. Backing out to main screen, then back in clears issue. Restarting the app also clears issue. Also, got 5-minute alert almost an hour after flight departure and half hour after landing at DZ! NOT quite in time to catch that flight!

Stuck in 2008
It’s really cool that there’s an app for skydivers to make DZ life easier, but this app is behind by at least 2 decades and makes life so much harder! Skydiving’s already expensive - develop the app and modernize it and charge a yearly 10$ fee or something - skydivers will still buy it for the sake of ease. But let’s catch up with the times. This app causes more problems than it solves. Crashes, guaranteed . Log in all day everyday. Reset password? We’ll send you a reset email between now and the next 4 hours. Add DZ? We’ll take a guess and add them for you. Remove DZ? No sir-ee!
Let’s upgrade this app and not give off the impression that our Operating system is as old as the Cessnas we all occasionally jump from

Perfect dropzone experience
An excellent app for skydivers. A perfect dropzone experience.
Crap
This app looks like it was made for IOS3.0. The support is non existent and it gives you a constant nag screen about your GPS location.
Buggy, Bad UX, Slow Updates
This app is garbage, especially for something so many skydivers have to rely on. Crashes constantly, has to be reinstalled, the UI is awful. Get it together or quit making dropzone admin software.
Garbage glitchy crashy app
Dz pays for this unstable crap?! It crashes constantly on iPhone with latest OS. I'd demand my money back with this trash development. Happens at z hills and Sebastian 60% of the time. Boo
Horrible support
After trying to add a group it crashes. Now I cannot open “join the load” screen at all - it crashes. The only cure is to delete the app and install it again. Until next time I try to add a group. And it’s not fixed for several MONTHS. UI design is made by junior developers, zero usability, terrible design and logic. Tracking warning is impossible to disable. The list of issues is endless. Unfortunately my local DZ uses it and there is no alternative. Highly unsatisfied!

Would be great if it worked
Keeps crashing. Tried getting a buddy to manifest us both. Kept crashing on him too. Can’t even see what loads are going without it crashing so it’s pretty much completely useless at the minute. It’s a pity because the idea is good and lots of DZs use it but they need to keep updating it to keep it working.

Broken on iOS v13.0
Crashes on launch. Push notifications work if they’ve been setup previously, but you can’t open the app when you get them.

If you’re having crashes please read
1. Completely uninstall the app. 2. Reboot your phone. 3. Then reinstall the app. Worked perfectly for me. I’m currently on iOS 13.2. Hope this method helps others!
Needs overhaul...
For an application that is widely used, it sure needs a serious overhaul. The UI is trash and regardless of the new iOS fix, it’s riddled with bugs.
