Awful, Broken App
What is wrong with apps these days? Nothing works. Login doesn’t work, password reset doesn’t work. Eventually it let me log even though my password was “incorrect”. Just horribly built. Also why does it require email and phone and 50 other forms to sign in? We are ordering burgers mot filling out tax documents.

It was not spectacular this time
I had to go inside. Last time I texted for one number and they brought my order to me.
Online order forces account- no guest option
Took over 20 min, re-entered order, address and cc 3x… don’t be greedy getting customer data. Just give guest option

Terrible transition
Somehow you have my phone number - which would make it easy for me to sign in - but instead I have to use an email address??? And I’m not sure what email address is associated with that phone number in your system, so now I’ve just wasted all that time trying to figure out that email that at this point it was faster to delete the app and try ordering somewhere else.

Needs Apple Pay
Only gripe is Apple Pay is needed. I don’t like to save any cards on these apps due to the app’s requirement to have an account in order to create an online order. Allowing for Apple Pay can eliminate the risk of someone accessing your personal credit/debit card in case if an account gets hacked.

The security on this app is a joke
I like the food at Burger 21 but they need to fire their app developer. From using outdated password rules, to blocking copy and paste for credit card info this app is simply too frustrating to use. It took me almost 20 minutes to place a simple order. Email reset password took 5 minutes and then when I did finally get in my order was gone. Get a better app developer burger 21. Not everyone will be as patient as I was.

HATE The New Update
I absolutely HATE how rewards are now. Ever since the app update every time I visit I NEVER received my points. There’s no barcode to scan and it’s now done by using your phone number. When the cashier enters my number my name appears in the screen BUT NO REWARD POINTS ARE GIVEN. So every time I have to email customer service.

Most recent update disabled delivery
I’ve used this app over the past few years and it worked wonderfully. However, the most recent update does not recognize any address I enter. If I select order for pickup, that still works fine. Once the address/delivery issue is fixed, I will update my review.

New Update is sooooo bad….according to app, my address doesn’t exist 🤣. Couldn’t place an order, so I deleted this trash
Newest update broke delivery
Newest update somewhat improves upon the user interface, but at the cost of the app no longer thinking that my address is a valid address. I cannot place a delivery anymore because the app claims my address does not exist, despite me ordering multiple times to the same address in previous iterations of the app. Also, there a couple of allergies that need to be let known in the notes of ordering items, but in the newest version there is a smaller character limit to write a note, meaning I must exclude some information.

What’s the point?
Lakeland store has self ordering, didn’t get the chance to scan the barcode and I’m not able to add my receipt in the app. Plus we still had to wait in the line to get our cup.
New update is horrible
Please bring back the old app. The new update does not work well at all. I had to reset my password to log in, all my old orders are gone, patty perks are gone, ordering is miserable. What happened??
