Miss the Old App
Wish payment was easier on iPhone (i.e. not manually typing in credit card #). Miss the old red color of the old app as well. I don’t think my old reward points transferred over either.

Great Food. Horrible App & Support
Let me be crystal clear that this is a review of the app and not of their food. We tried to sign up for the app before ordering and was told by the person taking the order that we would be able to scan the QR code on our receipt after our order to get our points since the app was taking so long to load. This was so not true. We had to submit our receipt via email and still have not heard back from them and it’s been almost a week. Not even so much as a generic response of “Thank you for your email….”

Bad to worse
The old app was bad, did not keep my orders, had to manually enter points and lost many because of that. I would have to wait until I had two phones and use digital receipt as manual entry did not work only the scanner, now you can’t put in past points. Also, no Apple Pay, this app makes you store your cards within.

CAN’T SIGN INTO MY ACCOUNT
You stupidly changed the sign in so that it no longer allows us to sign in with our apple accounts. Now I have no access to the 600 reward points I had built up. What a scam!

Just to be clear, I’m only reviewing the app. The food itself is solid, definitely repeat. The app is another story.
So I decided to download the app in order to check out their rewards program. I like to get a burger about once a week and figured why not give it a try.Ordering online through the app is very easy and finding your closest location works very well. The problem comes with how to process your reward points. The app doesn’t automatically add points based on your account through the order intrinsically -it makes you either scan a QR code or enter a barcode at the bottom of the receipt manually. Scanning the QR code requires you to interact with a cashier which some people don’t want to do when they’re picking up their food that they ordered through an app - after all, what’s the point of ordering online to get your food faster if you’re just going to have to wait around and talk to someone to get rewards? The app sends you an email receipt, but how am I supposed to scan the QR code from my email receipt that I get to my phone with the QR code scanner that I have… on my phone?The whole system is poorly designed for people who just want to earn rewards and have minimal fuss and since that’s the whole reason to have online ordering in the first place, I give the app 2 stars.
