Apple Pay showed 23 SAR payment and the app pulled 45 SAR this happened twice
The app showed my payment as “Failed,” and the transaction did not appear correctly in Apple Pay. Thinking the issue was with my card, I tried again using a second card. Later, after leaving the app, I received notifications that both cards had been charged.
What makes this worse is that I was charged 45 SAR on each card, while the discounted price I was supposed to pay was only 23 SAR.
To make matters even more frustrating, the complaints/support system does not seem to work, leaving me with no way to properly report the issue or get help.
How can a failed transaction result in charges being made to two different cards, and for an amount higher than the discounted price? This is extremely frustrating and needs to be addressed immediately.

Pricing issue
I recently downloaded your app to place orders ahead of time, hoping it would be more convenient for both me and the restaurant staff. However, I was quite surprised to find that the prices in the app are actually higher than if I just ordered directly in person.
I understand if there’s a slight markup for delivery services—after all, you’re bringing the food to my door. But for pickup orders, where I’m saving everyone time by coming in myself, it doesn’t quite make sense to pay extra. I feel that the app should offer the same or even better pricing to encourage using it. Just wanted to share this feedback in hopes it can be reconsidered. Thanks!
