Charged but can’t access
I have been charged on my credit card but I can’t open the books. Then I saw the reviews and I’m not the only one.
Cannot access
I paid for an annual subscription but got notice that there is a problem with payment, I also cannot access most books in the app. Upon checking my bill, I have been charged the full amount.

I subscribed in the Buri website and when we opened the App not all books can be opened. It’s frustrating since we subscribed for 6 months. There’s no OtP or confirmation when I entered my credit card on the website. It subscribed right away.

the app keeps on crashing!!!!
Plenty books but....
... bad interface. Can’t save from where you left off, no page numbers, doesn’t indicate which books you’ve already read. This is an app for kids and these are basic features for app reading it doesn’t have. Even downloading book option is clunky.
Could not log into my account
we forgot our password and there is no way to reset password. How do we do this to get access again???
Cannot access books even with paid subscription
This app was great until recently. All of a sudden I cannot access books. I get the message that we do not have a subscription. Checked my credit card bill and I was just charged my monthly amount on March 5th.
Tried creating account but same thing happens. I also cannot cancel subscription and re-subscribe.

Almost all of the books are bugged and half the time i have to wait 2 hrs just to read a book so pls dont waste ur time on this app.
