Needs an Update
No update in 4 years. Doesn’t seem like you can earn medals training anymore. Achievements are illegible due to white on white text.

Fun way to burn fat
I've been using this app for year's as an exiting way to make a tedious act tolerable. My only issue is keeping the phone in the right position as if it falls off your lap you lose progress while the clock still counts down.
Edit: updated my Phone and it seems like the white text blends in with the white background on the menu screen due to the new feature of light and dark modes.
Judging by how long it’s been since they updated the app and that their website is down, it seems like this game has been abandoned.
I really hope they fix the app or give us a way to reach them to let them know their is an issue.

Sensors and Face detect should be updated for modern phones.
The sensor is far more sensitive in phones these days, so if I even walk around in the area the application thinks I have squatted. I have face detect and sensors turned off on this app for this reason. Otherwise I would rate it well. I just like having a voice to count my reps. If the for girls version (with anime men) was still on the App Store I would have downloaded that one instead.

I just wish it wasn’t solely 4 workouts they provide. They need some variation like planks and maybe some stretches or cardio jumping jacks. We can sacrifice a lot of form if we do too many sit ups in a short amount of time. And to get proper ab muscles we need to work a variety of exercises

Yes it helps with exercise but so did the male version. I’ve been waiting forever for you to have the male burn your fat with me to be IPhone compatible but Stilll nothing. Will it ever come back 😭plus the girls here just don’t cut it.

I feel great honestly, the workouts aren’t to tired and the character is really cute and has a nice design, i feel like this was made for straight men but i’m a gay guy who’s just trying to lose weight so i hope it works :)
