Waiting for them to cook your food in store is slow. Ordering ahead makes sense. But charging $0.99 to do that… is just a money grab. Do better.
Can’t add points from receipts
Great except the sad doesn’t ever ask to scan or remind you to open the app or even tell you that it exists, and you cannot add any points from purchases to your account… other than that yeah it’s just great isn’t it because it doesn’t do anything except exist…
Useless
The employees don’t have a way to scan your QR Code in store or the drive through. How am I supposed to get rewards if your employees don’t have a way to scan my app? We also don’t have a way to scan our receipts to reflect our purchases on the app.
