Not usable

When trying to make a purchase, the app asks you select a shipping address and freeze, therefore unable to make a purchase through the app, so app is completely useless.

App just doesn't work

The app makes you log in to your account when you open it but, when you enter your email and password, it tells you your password has ‘expired’ and you've received an email link to reset it. When you click on the reset link, it opens a webpage saying the link is broken. I've changed my password via their website and tried again on the app but still saying the same thing. Literally inoperable.
