Good app for online shopping
Not usable
When trying to make a purchase, the app asks you select a shipping address and freeze, therefore unable to make a purchase through the app, so app is completely useless.
App just doesn't work
The app makes you log in to your account when you open it but, when you enter your email and password, it tells you your password has ‘expired’ and you've received an email link to reset it. When you click on the reset link, it opens a webpage saying the link is broken. I've changed my password via their website and tried again on the app but still saying the same thing. Literally inoperable.

Ordered a trouser with next delivery £6.99 extra cost hasn’t arrived in 2 weeks now, don’t know whether it’s coming or not. On app still showing dispatched.

Disappointed to see they’ve got no jeans available.. not too good for a big reputable company as burton.
Filters don’t work
The app is really frustrating. You filter out by size, then when you get to the clothes you want to buy, that size isn’t available.

This app is hit and miss. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Very frustrating!
