Exceptional Experience
Celebrated my 50th Birthday here with family and friends - 25 people total. Service was great, foods and drinks were wonderful! I’m GF so I love being able to eat safely and with the variety of items I can’t usually eat!

I’m writing to let you guys know that I’m very satisfied with the service I had recently at a Burton’s Grill location. I took my friend for dinner last Saturday 3/28/26 in Shrewsbury, MA. We were celebrating her birthday. The food was delicious and the service was amazing! Our waitress’s name was Kelly. Sorry for not knowing her last name. She was very attentive and always came back to check on us. I’m a big fan of Burton’s Grill and am always coming back for more. I hope Kelly will be my server next time. Thank you very much!

Great dinner and wonderful service
I’m gluten free and the food at Burtons never disappoints. We were greeted at the door with a smile and seated promptly even though we had no reservation. We had the GF calamari to start. For dinner we had the crab cakes and the scallops and corn risotto special. All of it was excellent! Highly recommend.

Awesome crab cakes and delicious Beet Tower!
Always enjoy Burtons yummy crab cakes! Lots of crab meat and done just perfect! If you like beets, you will love the Beet Tower with salad greens on top!

Usually a great experience, completely. This evening when I requested a cup of coffee, I got espresso in a small espresso cup. I was told that Burton’s no longer serves regular coffee, only espresso. I was also told that tea cups are the larger coffee-like cups, so I should ask to have my espresso in a large tea cup for future visits. I don’t drink alcohol, and seemingly I’m getting punished for only ordering coffee.
