It keep erase my progress
I was playing really ok but then when i open the app, all my progress was erased and it made me start over. I thought it was because of my phone but none of other apps did that.
I then deleted the app and reinstalled. But IT HAPPENED AGAIN. I pay $13 in app just to receive this kind of error?

Hi, we’re very sorry about the frustration and for losing your progress, especially after making in-app purchases. We haven’t been able to reproduce this issue on our side yet, but we’re investigating it based on reports like yours. Since purchases and refunds are handled directly by Apple, we recommend requesting a refund through your App Store purchase history.
