Easiest CRM for HVAC
Business Genie is a great app for AC or any trade based business that prefers to keep things simple for you and the customer. The auto reminders for appointments and unpaid invoices has really helped unload pesky business tasks. The new feature to optimize daily driving route is very beneficial for a large metro area like Phoenix. My employees prefer the app job layout to HCP as it’s simpler and easier for them to navigate when at a customers house. Before you sign up with Service Titan or Housecall Pro, you should definitely try BG for one month.

Great for HVAC!
I started with Housecall Pro when I started my AC company in Mesa AZ. After the first year I thankfully found Business Genie. I now pay about a third of the price for the same modules I was using on Housecall Pro. Some of my customers prefer messaging through the app versus my cell, which helps others to cover if needed. I try to keep my overhead low, so the auto appointment reminders are extremely helpful as it’s once less thing I have to confirm, and the customer will contact me if they need to reschedule. The backend of the account is very straightforward and even made switching my card processing to Chase about three easy steps.
I think a service company, like landscaping or pool service, that has a predetermined schedule and bills monthly would fit very well with Business Genie! The ability to send estimates, convert to a scheduled job, and then collect payment is seamless. I actually had my employee complain after using BG for 6 months, and then had to use Housecall Pro for a week. He told me he couldn’t wait to get back to Business Genie because Housecall was over complicated and frustrating when he was the roof. If you’re tired of Housecall Pro making your day overly complicated, switch over and save yourself the headache of overpriced software.

This app has been a game changer for how I run my business! I’ve tried so many other apps and none had the customer service or affordable options like this one. The invoices are crisp, clean, and professional looking, not to mention easy to send at the end of an appointment. The developer made the transition super easy to this app and helped transfer everything from my old app. If I could I would give 10 stars. Bonus that when I find something I need tweaked to fit my needs it gets done super quick. Has made my life WAY easier and gives me the time to do what I love and that’s work on horses and less on scheduling!
