I subscribed Business Today for one year. HOEVER, I found an error message, saying I cannot read!!!
No help to get my subscription back
I had prepaid the subscription for BT for one year and while changing my phone haven’t been able to retrieve the same . When I wrote to the team they said they cannot find the same and now I can’t reach out to any one to help.

downloaded magazine on multiple devices
I purchased the bt500 on my phone and downloaded but unable to see the purchase on my iPad which also shares the same itunes
Soft copy cannot be saved on my hard drive.
I m giving 2 star due to my soft copy could not saved on my hard drive. It saved on news stand in my I Pad. The news stand also could not able to close properly. When I am paying money, I am authorised to get what I meant to pay for. The time it took for delivery also 6 weeks. I don't understand whether we are staying in digital era or rock age?

Lousy, magzter is very very slow service
Magazines take forever to download please don't subscribe and get trapped, stay away.
Waste of time
Even after you purchase an issue of the magazine the app doesn't let you read it and keeps prompting you to purchase the same issue again.
And the first few preview pages of the issue are just ad's. Come on guys!! If you want people to buy your magazine at least give them a peek into the contents. So that they are interested. Not just some silly ads.

Content is good.
There is lot of scope for improvement in delivery. Resume previously read pages even after closing the app could be a good addition.
Hyperlinks within digital copy and to external links, 'text selection' feature to facilitate native dictionary lookup etc would be really helpful for readers

Worst app -not deserve for single star
After downloading app,it's asking for again download other magazines
Heavy on hard drive
The only option to read BT magazine is after downloading it on hard drive and considering limited space in iPad or iPhone, it is quite heavy on hard drive.
There should be an option of reading the BT magazine directly online from cloud, without downloading it on the drive.
If user prefer it to be downloaded, that should be provided as alternate option, but not a default option.
