I pay premium for business service and I am unable to reach Sparklight customer service. If they do answer it is more than a 50% chance they will pick up and disconnect in one swift motion. Unfortunately they are the only game in town and I need internet for job so I have to pay more than $200 a month for basically shi++y service. I’m sorry, I have two advanced degrees and cannot think of a more appropriate way of describing the connection and service. AVOID.

Does not work
I have this modem. Tried my Wi-Fi connected to the 2.5 and 5 connections... the app would not connect while standing 3 feet from the modem.

Need to make this app able to connect to more than one modem!
Does not work if you have a different modem.
Pls update your app so that I could connect if I have a different modem or router. Thanks

Works Perfect to my Hitron Cable Modem. Features are Great! You can Pause and Block all WiFi and Ethernet Connections. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
