Great App
I’ve got no idea who is negatively rating this app. It does exactly what it sets out to do and nothing less.
Garbage totally non functional
How this even makes it into the marketplace is beyond me. Can’t even register. Can’t submit for help through the form. Awful.
Faster easy helpful
Today I use the app for the first time I saw the ratings. I was concerned after using the app I can see that it’s faster. Accurate. Lots of helpful items very well designed logical highly recommended. I’m so happy I download it.

I’m not going to update this app when a update comes around because you can’t beat perfect. What use to be 3-4 days out for an update of home use it’s now just 24 hours. I mean anything better than that would be real time use. And that’s not really needed. Call me an electric freak but this app is the best!! On another note I was gone for 2 weeks and I could check on my demand during hot weather and it was comforting to know the house was being at a level while I was away. This is also good to know in advance if the power was out for minutes or hours. A++

Password problems
The app has been fine until last few months. The app doesn’t seem to recognize Apple’s keychain input for my email and password. I’m told the password field is blank when it clearly isn’t. When I manually input my very long password I’m told it doesn’t match my email. Probably my bad but I have no way of checking my input. So maybe it’s me and should just change my password … except when I sign on through a browser everything works beautifully. I don’t think UES has an app support group. The only way for me to report a problem is to leave a review.
