Complete Scam!! Avoid at all costs

Scammers run this company to charge as many service and late fees to honest customers. They need to be held accountable.

App took over 10 days to take my payment, I tried calling and paying over the phone but then more service fees are added. TEP would say my payment went through. I took screen shots etc of both the app and my bank to show them. After the third time TEP blocked me from using the app, I tried calling and instead of assisting me in resolving the issue, they spent 20 minutes yelling at me how I should get a new bank, and then went on to restrict my account from using any other payment other than cash.

Unfortunately, they run a monopoly on power so unless customers want to sit in the dark, locals have no other choice but to be taken advantage of and treated like dirt. Avoid living in Tucson if you are able.

Amazingly bad

Hopelessly bad. I’m sure that I know my own name , SSN, and address but I can’t get past the signup page.

Useful app

The app is good. Easy to see daily usage details. Outage reports on the map are easy to track.

Interface

The app has terrible interface, links that aren’t actually links, phone numbers that you can’t even click to call as intended because it puts in a number for another country. Lack of payment options or information if you are doing anything other than paying through the app. Frustrating to use in all aspects.

Unusable

App is bugged to the point of not opening. Haven’t been able to use this app for months. Deleted and redownloaded several times, etc, nothing works. App is just broken, and they don’t seem to care to fix it. Won’t let me put 0 stars
