More inconvenient than convenient
App logs you out every time you close it and doesn’t let you cookie it in quickly. Loads slowly and doesn’t let you in if the wifi is weak.
UPDATE: The app just stopped working one night without any warning and I had to sit on the floor outside and wait for my landlord to manually unlock the door. Anyone who uses this service for their building clearly doesn’t care about their tenants.

Easy hack
Building just moved to it. set it up and immediately got a notification of multiple sign ins. Password resets. I don’t recommend. I hope I can find another way with my apartment.
Why did my building switch our locks!!
There are some things technology just does not improve. A key and lock has stood the test of time, idk why we’re trying to overcomplicate it. My phone has died several times since we got the new lock and suddenly I’m locked out of my place and have to ask random strangers if they have a charger where I can charge my phone to get into my unit. Everything works slower and I’m left needing to wait. I wish my building would have read these reviews and noticed the vast majority are negative before spending a million dollars to “update” everything.

so awful works 75% of the time logs me out randomly ect will change rating when app works
Poor, Slow Experience
So many time delays opening entrance gates and home door. It’s randomly logged me out several times. I’ve used several apps across different complexes I’ve lived in; this has been by far the worst experience so far.
