Why the hell does my building use this
so awful works 75% of the time logs me out randomly ect will change rating when app works
Poor, Slow Experience
So many time delays opening entrance gates and home door. It’s randomly logged me out several times. I’ve used several apps across different complexes I’ve lived in; this has been by far the worst experience so far.
Still Horrible
Believe it or not, the quality of this app has deteriorated over the last year and it hasn’t even been updated since March of 2025.
It’s still slow and crashes all the time, but now it can’t even control our thermostat. Additionally the support is generally useless. I have reached out to them several times with different issues and none have ever been resolved.

Awful app
I was using this app for about 8 months and had no issues. Suddenly it takes 5 minutes to get into my place. This is terrible.
Terrible
Internet customer support was repetitive and unhelpful. Spent months trying to fix my bad speeds with them and they never sent out refunds or help
