Just doesn’t work
It has worked like two times for me but 99% of the time it has no idea which washers and dryers are available
Auto-Add-extra-time & wifi connection
Washing machine automatically deducts extra money for additional time until cancellation. This is not ethical. The default should be to the adding but only the main order.

it’s never right once I think it might have been 3 minutes early but usually it’s 5-15 minutes off the actual time, in addition it logged me out of my account and then when I reset my password it still said it was incorrect and I couldn’t make a new account under a different email because my “phone number is already in use” why the heck do I even need an account to check if the washers and dryers are in use, this app is ridiculous

Awful app, awful company
Let’s start with the app, it doesn’t tell you which washers and dryers are available or when they are done. Let’s get to their washers, I have never had a worse wash experience in my life. They are constantly flooding and stopping mid wash, my clothes have gotten stuck overnight because they lock (who buys a washer that has the ability to lock until a technician sees it!!) and a technician can’t come until the morning. This is a problem that me and many other people at my school have had, thank goodness our contract with them is over next year so we can get some washers and a system that actually works!!
