Impossible to create account

I don’t know a single person in my building who has been able to create an account. When it gets to the 2FA, it does not send a code no matter how long you wait. This is terrible considering we cannot report issues with dryers and washers WITHOUT an account. Fix your app.

Boo

The app worked fine on campus telling me which machines were open. Now I can’t sign in and no matter how many times I try and reset my password and redo it, it keeps saying my password is wrong. It won’t let me scan any QR code to sign in and I’m so mad.

Can't even make a account

First it's impossible to make a password for A LAUNDRY STATUS APP I don't care about anyone stealing my login for this, but second the code just never got sent to my phone number and it's impossible to continue on with making the account
