Horrible app

The only reason I’m forced to use this JOKE of an app is because they paid/ BS’ed themselves into a contract with my community. Their Customer Support is NON EXISTENT‼️‼️‼️

Zero customer support

Have reached out several times, can’t log into my account, crickets……..
Was force to use this product by my apartment complex.
The NEST I was forced to remove was so much better!
