Update or get paid?
You forced an update that pushed beyond the iOS capability of my phone. Seems like this is more important than sending payments. Fret not, my check is in the mail.
App out for over 1 week
App out for over 1 week and website says Iโm blocked for no apparent reason. I bet theyโd not think it was ok if we all stopped paying them the bill?!
Horrible
This app is useless. Itโs way too difficult to navigate, doesnโt show information. Can login one day and be fine the next day it doesnโt recognize my username or password. The help option is way too limited. After all of the one or two star reviews, you would think that Evergy would try to fix.
Worthless App
(Had to give one star to make a review - reality is the app deserves 0 stars!)
I downloaded this app and proceeded to attempt to use it. These were the problems:
1. Tried to get current bill โ> system made me login again
2. Tried to get current bill (after logging in again) โ> got to look at bill, but no way to download a copy
3. Went to pay bill โ> no option for keyboard, so had to handwrite each digit
4. Wrote information over and over again โ> system kept distorting my information
5. Finally paid bill โ> print function would not work
6. Tried to get copy of current bill again โ> system made me login again (lost track of how many times it made me login again - at least 5)
I finally had to go in via website to get โcopyโ of payment (screen shot only) and download bill.
What should have been a simpler, quicker way to pay my bill was NOT!

No home page
Lacking a home page. A home page should be friendly and basic and say what plan youโre in and what your current bill and due date are.
Instead, I always have to call because expecting to find the plan name by selecting an action line โchange your planโ is not logical, especially when you donโt want to change it at all!
