They have to verify you by text to pay your bill. I can’t get the text they are sending me to my own phone number!!!

App is unusable, lot like I have much choice in the matter. They take their utility Monopoly status for granted and give consumers a terrible experience. It consistently does not let me log in and buffers forever.
Update or get paid?
You forced an update that pushed beyond the iOS capability of my phone. Seems like this is more important than sending payments. Fret not, my check is in the mail.

App out for over 1 week and website says I’m blocked for no apparent reason. I bet they’d not think it was ok if we all stopped paying them the bill?!
