Very easy to set up online bill pay

Every couple of months I have to call City Utilities because the app says I need to pay my bill even though I’ve already paid days prior. I check the app every day to check my usage and I’m no longer sure if it’s correct.
When I first moved to Springfield I had only brought a few things to accept my place and left for 3 weeks and I got a bill for $136. No one was there and only the ceiling fans were running, nothing else.
My regular monthly bill is now averages at $227 so how could I possibly use well over half my utilities in 1 week? I was told by the rep that the meters were accurate. A year later the all the meters were replaced on my street. I thought that may fix the issue but I’m still calling to see if I’m up to date.
This app would be very useful if it worked longer than a month.

Slowness and notifications won’t go away
The app is very slow to maneuver in and I have a notification stuck that won’t disappear even though there are not any notifications. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app and no help there. I’m a bit OCD when it comes to notifications so this is driving me crazy!
Payment and auto pay suck
Very difficult to make sure stuff is paid on here and if auto pay is working
Too slow and stops responding
Three major problems with this app. The first one is that most of the time you give it a command and you get the swirl to let you know that it’s thinking and it takes a while for it to do anything. The next issue is their times that you go through all of your messages and mark them all as read or even delete them and it still shows you that you have one unread message on the app itself so it’s better to just turn off the notifications altogether because it’s annoying. The last issue is that it doesn’t work very well with voiceover it does for the most part but not 100%
