Too slow and stops responding

Three major problems with this app. The first one is that most of the time you give it a command and you get the swirl to let you know that it’s thinking and it takes a while for it to do anything. The next issue is their times that you go through all of your messages and mark them all as read or even delete them and it still shows you that you have one unread message on the app itself so it’s better to just turn off the notifications altogether because it’s annoying. The last issue is that it doesn’t work very well with voiceover it does for the most part but not 100%

So helpful

I am so impressed with this app. You can do everything, it’s handy.

Not user friendly

And the number won’t go away regardless of the settings or zero balances. The app is clearly for them and not the customer.

Monthly usage V/S bill

Although the app does show monthly use, it does not align with when readings are taken for monthly bill.

Notification!

The app says I have a notification. But there is none. There aren’t any under my account on the website either. Really annoying having a red 1 on my phone all.the.time.
