Useless app like the company
This app has never worked in over a year.
To pay online or over the phone they charge you to pay the bill. It’s worth looking into propane to not deal with the company.

Just use the website
This is just a poorly implemented wrapper for the Texas Gas Service website that doesn’t format correctly on iPhone screens. Ironically, the website formats properly in Safari. This app offers no new features and an inferior user experience. Just bookmark the website and use that.
Billing address bug
The payment process is far too restrictive. The app requires the credit/debit card's billing ZIP code to match the service address ZIP code, making it impossible to pay if you use a card from a different region
Still can’t make payment
This is the second month we cannot make a payment online or in the app it keeps telling us our information is incorrect. This is the only bill we have an issue with paying online every other bill such as electricity, and utilities accept our information flawlessly. I’ve tried finding contact info to report errors but did not find anywhere on your site to contact for technical difficulties. Please have your IT people check into the online bill payment system, this is ridiculous because I don’t even receive the paper invoice so how do you expect me to pay my bill?!
