terrible service
I have been waiting for three days for them to reconnect my service and they are just excuses, they call and one of them doesn't answer the calls and they don't even come to the house and I know it's my fault for not paying on time because I forgot, I'm busy and it can happen to anyone, but I think they should be more responsible with the service because it is needed, because they are very active when it comes to collecting money.

I put the correct one in, changed it now and logged out, says password no good again garbage service app

I have a feeling that ONG might be a small company because their app and website have a budget-friendly vibe. There’s definitely potential here, but this app has been the same for years. It’s not a native app, just a shell of their website. This means that the user experience is not great and the company is saving money.

This app is probably the easiest to navigate through super easy to view your billing statements pay your bill what ever you need

The app is terrible. Signs me out often and the password reset option doesn’t make it to my email. If we’re only allowed to use this company then the process shouldn’t be this difficult. Build a better system.
