Changing App
Seems like every time I try to use the App it has changed. Used to be really easy to look at collection dates. Still have not found it on this visit.
Bulk Trash
Entire neighborhood was missed for bulk trash. Placed tree branches on the curb starting 26 Jun. Went online to the OKC App to report and the app says I’m late for reporting and next bulk pickup is 27 July.
Changing to a new credit card
It was very difficult to change to a new credit card and set it up for autopay. The page where you delete an old card and add a new card doesn’t allow you to also set it up for auto pay! You have to go back to the home page and go to an auto pay routine where it requires you to delete again the old credit card and then enter the new card again just as you did before. If your system was more intuitive it would save the client and your customer service staff a lot of time. As a retired IT professional, I would be pleased to discuss this with your IT team. Customer Service has never been so simple!
There was no wait time for me to make an arrangement, as I’ve lost my job. I didn’t need a representative to assist me. I didn’t even put my ear to the phone. As a full time mama and neurodivergent to boot; this takes the procrastination out of my mental equation of daily tasks! I love the ease of access of having this app!
