terrible service
I have been waiting for three days for them to reconnect my service and they are just excuses, they call and one of them doesn't answer the calls and they don't even come to the house and I know it's my fault for not paying on time because I forgot, I'm busy and it can happen to anyone, but I think they should be more responsible with the service because it is needed, because they are very active when it comes to collecting money.

I put the correct one in, changed it now and logged out, says password no good again garbage service app

I have a feeling that ONG might be a small company because their app and website have a budget-friendly vibe. There’s definitely potential here, but this app has been the same for years. It’s not a native app, just a shell of their website. This means that the user experience is not great and the company is saving money.

Super easy bill pay
This app is probably the easiest to navigate through super easy to view your billing statements pay your bill what ever you need
Awful
The app is terrible. Signs me out often and the password reset option doesn’t make it to my email. If we’re only allowed to use this company then the process shouldn’t be this difficult. Build a better system.
Convoluted at Best
My gas utility complains about late payments while providing this sorry excuse for a payment system. Did paymentus even hire software dev engineers or was this a school (High) project.
Could use improvements
I don’t know if they look at these reviews or not, but it is rather annoying having to re-enter my information every time I use the app. Even after checking “Remember me,” it in-fact does not remember me and I have re-enter my password. If a fingerprint or Face ID feature was added like every other utility app has, that would be awesome

I’ve used this app for several years without a problem suddenly something changed …. My login & pin are no longer recognized.
At first it took a long time to except my info & I would play around before my info was excepted, now it’s a hot mess!

This app is trash
This app needs to be fixed, because I can’t make my payment on here. I’m getting real frustrated.
Mobile app is terrible
I just tried to log into my account on the mobile app and it’s telling me wrong username or password. Seconds later I used that same username and password to log in via desktop. This app is garbage
No statements
Unable to view statement without enrolling in email statements. I want a paper statement and be able to view statement in mobile app.
Horrible
The app fails on so many levels. The UI is horrible and many functions do not work. It seems that ONG does not invest in testing before deploying new technologies.
Reset password every month
This isn’t saving my password. I have to “ change” it every time. Please update the software. Make it work as it should.
Logon
Face ID or some kind of option to stay logged on would be nice.
Not for future payments..
I’ve found if you’re wanting to make a payment closer to your due date, the calendar will not set for that. It’s functional if you’re paying within a day or two. Meaning if your pay one isn’t due for 2 weeks, you cannot set the calendar for that.
Will not load
Loved the ease of paying my bill but for the last 2 months the app will not open causing me to go past due - going to uninstall and reinstall / hope this helps
Great App
Ignore the reviews from years ago. This app works as needed. Able to view my account and pay the bill. Very quick and responsive. Glad I can do everything I need so easily!
Just use website
I hate that I have to put my login information every time using the app. That was the main point for me getting the app.
Still not working
After update on 12-19-19 app just spins on opening page and never loads. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the overall continual crap app!
