I use to be able to get on the app and view my statement, since I’m enrolled in paperless billing. You’ve removed that option - I foresee a class action in your future…

Credit Card Auto Pay

Needs to accept credit cards through auto pay. Not wanting to deal with processing fees is not an excuse if I can make singular manual payments each month with credit cards(processing fee charged)

Says cannot connect to host every time I try to login on app since the new update

Fraudulent charges and bad customer service

They double charged me and promised they would refund my 88.63 via check. They did not send me a check. They sent me a pre-paid master card which is not accepted at most places where I shop.
