Sent me an email said I have RM 15 cash back for birthday. When I tried to use the cashback, it did not let me

I had a fraudulent activity on my card after conducting transaction with this app ( about a month after). I don’t use this card a lot so I’m trying to pinpoint to a couple.

Date bug
When you book a ticket, the app changes the date to the previous day you chose. Chose the 20th, it will book you a ticket for the 19th.

Went to the station to be told our booking didn't exist!! Very underhanded and refused to refund despite their incompetence.
