Bus inaccurate arrival time

The live arrival time is somehow inaccurate and could be improved as such how the apps can detect the bus location. I have two cases which I have to wait around 30 additional monutes for the bus to arrive compared to the time it shown.

Either bus don’t have a tracker or bus just isn’t running

I’ve been using the bus until I used Trek. Stupid bus either has no tracker or not running. Like I don’t even know if I should wait. One time I waited an hour for the bus and I gave up. No bus for T601 and T545. It’s like there is just one bus going in a loop. Such an inconvenience

The apps always glitching

Whenever I open the live tracker in the pulse apps, the apps automatically shut down. A restart notification appears, however the glitches and bug automatically shutting down still occur. I kindly request that this issue be investigated and resolved.
