Dua kali dah book dengan socar tapi bila pergi designated parking kereta takde. Menyusahkan, orang ada tempat nak kena pergi jadi lambat. Kita tak guna kereta pun kena compound kata pulangkan minyak sikit. Sumpah tak guna!

the apps and system is poor，after topup can’t book car then can’t be withdrawal the money them the apps is eating my money without any reason. Is very poor apps. The customer service is very limited also can’t help anything then wasting my money just can put inside the apps wallet can’t booking can’t withdrawal how is possible been approve to have this rubbish apps? Scam money

Worst Service
One of the Worst Apps. Worst service. The car’s tank was almost empty when I got the car (<10%). So I returned the car with about 25% fuel. I deliberately didn’t refuel because I had to add fuel at the beginning. But they deducted money from wallet by themselves. I always used Socar whenever I visited Malaysia. Never going to use it again.
