Don't download if u used only once

This app is totally unfair. When we top up, why can’t we also withdraw or transfer the balance? This feels like cheating. I don’t live nearby, and for people like me, it’s a waste. You trap our money in your system, forcing us to use it only for scanning or redeeming, even if we don’t need it. For B40 people like us, every sen matters. Your system is designed to take money but not give freedom back to the user. This is not right. Maybe i will make complaint to MCMC or used media to force withdrawal

Why focused me download this app!!!
I am extremely angry and disappointed with DoubleTree Hotel’s parking system. On my recent visit, the security literally forced me to download a parking app just to enter, which wasted so much of my time because I had to stop, download, register, and set it all up when all I wanted was to park my motor. What makes it worse is the parking fee was only RM3, but the app forced me to top up a minimum of RM10 – which means my money is now stuck inside an app I will never use again because I am not from Klang Valley. This is unfair, unreasonable, and feels like a scam against visitors who only come once. A hotel of this standard should provide proper and simple options like cash or card payment, not trap customers with useless apps and force extra top-ups. This whole experience left me with a very negative impression of the hotel, and I sincerely feel this practice is not only inconsiderate but borders on exploitation.

Top Up
The stop you getting physical tickets and you need a digital one. So now I need to create an account, top-up with a bank transfer, once I’ve done the calculation for this myself and then find out where the tickets are stored on the app that is not easy to use. The other reviews read as fake as I cant see anyone raving about this app.
