Horrible no bus :(

I updated my phone and now I can’t log in cause my username can’t be found
“Entered zone” issue in AM only
for some reason in the mornings the “bus entered your zone” notification comes through after kid al ready picked up. BUT it works like normal in afternoon.
Dumb app
I just downloaded the app as a student so I wouldn’t be late because I get to my house around 621 sometimes and this app wouldn’t even let me sign in.
It makes every morning easy!
I love this app. It tells me when their bus is nearby so they’re not sitting out in the rain getting soaking wet in the morning. I also love it because if they think they’ve missed the bus, I can tell if it’s still coming.

Bus tracker does not work right
Some morning it will work but most of the time it doesn’t work. There has to be a better app for parents to use than this one
Not a great app
This app is not good. It has logged me out repeatedly and when I try to log back in it says my information isn’t in the system. So when I try to create a new account it states that my information isn’t in the system. There is no way to troubleshoot to fix on my own or even speak to anyone from support.

literally never works
my son has missed the bus multiple times because it has only tracked his bus one time.

I downloaded the app, registered a phone number, and entered my first and last name. I tried to log in, but the app asked me for a username! Which I didn't create! I entered my first and last name, but nothing worked! Then I decided to reset my password. I entered my phone number, and bam, it didn't exist in the system, but it still sent me a verification code.

What a trash app
I would give this app below zero star if I could. It’s not working as it should. It’s not even tracking nothing. I don’t get no notifications. I get students that’s not even mine added on when I did not request. I can’t even remove students from the app. It’s just all frustrating!!! Stupid app. Not useful at all. Why is the district even pay for this.

not able to log in
I’ve been signed on for years with no issues. I was recently required to put in my log in credentials and when I click forgot my password it says no account exists. Then I go to create an account and it says an account already exists.
Used to be helpful
This app has never worked right, however it did used to send notifications when my child was picked up/dropped off and that was helpful. This new school year it is even buggier, never sends any push notifications now, and the bus tracker often just doesn’t work at all. The notification list within the app stops working randomly also. I really wish our school district wouldn’t waste time and money on such a badly developed app. Frustrating.

It doesn’t notify when the bus get to the bus stop or in the zone
Password reset
It tells me that my credentials don’t match/exist but still send me a recovery code. The recovery code can’t be used because the app thinks my credentials don’t exist. So I never get to the page for the recovery code to enter the recovery code….🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
Worst app ever
I’m not sure what made them want to go to an app for this but this app is trash. Doesn’t work, glitches, doesn’t allow the screen to drop do you can add something. This app operates like someone in elementary school made it. Horrible!

Still doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work properly. Explained to school who proceeded to tell me that it does. How can you tell me what works on my device I even explained that the app reviews talks about how horrible app is. But I digress. The person I spoke to I guess knows everything. Anyway. Horrible app. Hasn’t worked at all this whole year. Gave my kids watch trackers. Less stress fully accurate. Waste of phone space.

Disappointed
This app is terrible! Never works right. My kid’s school uses this app and it is so frustrating, early on most of the features worked but then they didn’t. The app will occasionally sign me out and my credentials will not work even though I know 100 percent they are right, so I end up having to recover password and set new one. But when I go to set the new one I get a “password reset had failed” message. This has happened before then suddenly the old one magically works again. There is no support for the app.

Needs improvement
Idk if because this app is new but we can’t even track the bus at all just 2 big blue bubbles that’s it , no notification when they come or close , the notifications pop up but always a white blank screen
