Lack of service
Order 2 pizzas and it was going to take an hour, which is fine considering it’s the weekend. 90 minutes later still no pizza and all I get from them is it’s on its way

Don’t download if you want a donair
Can’t order a donair, keeps saying “Something is wrong Choose between 1 and 2 options for choose sauce, choose one” I Did and nope still says that…
App doesn’t work
Allows me to put items in the cart, but when I go to checkout I receive an error message that there is something wrong with an item in the cart, but doesn’t indicate what item is in error. Have tried on 3 separate occasions to get this app to work but receive the same error message at checkout. My daughter tried on her phone, same message at checkout. We finally had to use Skip the Dishes to put an order in. I have had the same issue on their website.

Not useful in Canada
Canadian orders at Canadian locations are charged in American dollars a $20 CDN order is charged at $20USD no conversion. App is not useful in Canada
Mouldy ingredients
Last time I ordered pizza at Hinton location, in store to go, as I was being handed the pizza, I was told : "I'm sorry that we couldn't add mushrooms because when I got the mushrooms from the fridge I could see they were mouldy and visibly too far gone to use", ..... but I wondered why I wasn't offered any option to cancel or reduce cost of order before preparations to cook the pizza. Rather than start a confrontation I left! Then later while eating, I started wondering if any of the other ingredients were all that safe, or were used regardless, which was obvious within a few hours...even when I've ordered Donairs previously, I've never seen the Donair roll cookers in use, The pieces of Donair meat are taken out of bags to heat on grill plate...once heated and spiced, age is indeterminable, whether they'd care anyway...they already have the money..

Could not confirm address availability????
I added the app as I got a flyer to my address for the Busters closest to me. When I entered my address, it said no delivery availability. Choose another address. And kept wanting me to switch to pick up. I didn’t wanna pick up I wanted delivery.. so I phoned the Busters placed my order for delivery and sure enough they can deliver. Please fix it on your app as I find it much easier to order and pay through Apple Pay.

App sucks after update
App was nice and simple, but after update it flat out doesn’t work, create an account and I can sign in on the webpage version but the app keeps saying “could not verify email” and when I was trying to build a donair combo order it kept saying that a certain field wasn’t finished even tho it was. App needs to work to be viable so as of now two thumbs down 👎🏻👎🏻

The new app update is way easier to navigate than the previous. Might need a few more tweaks for loading times but overall much nicer!

Shows pretty obviously that you don’t care about your customers since you won’t even fix your app 🤷🏻♀️

May or may not accept credit card. Charges are incorrect. Tried charging me $70 for 2 medium pizzas and garlic sticks, multiple times. Been charged over 8$ for taziki sauce on a pizza and another time for a side of taziki sauce.
App not working still
App not working, won’t let me add anything to the cart. Blank red screen each time. Called in about this issue a month ago and still not fixed. Obviously the business goals aren’t to make money or customers.
Broken
The express menu is only available… this is the error I have been getting for over a month. You need to fix it or we will not order ever again.

Food is great but you need to fix the app as soon as I type my info it takes me to the menu and then can’t pick anything. Broken
Welcoming and very friendly
I visited this wonderful restaurant today for lunch because it was close to my doctor’s office and they were very friendly and the food was delicious.
