Changing stores and loyalty

I have tried to change stores in my account and for some reason the default store of Hinton continues to show up. I currently reside in Sundre but I’m not able to change to this store. Also, I have shopped numerous times in the store yet my reward points don’t show up on my account. This app and program is not very user friendly nor is it helpful.

My account is no longer found on the app with the new update, all of the points I’ve collected are gone. ☹️

Got the new version of app and now my old account is not recognized !!! So am I going to lose my smart shoppers credit creating new account , probably !! Not happy
