Object reference error?
Signing up and app gives error but doesn't highlight what the error is? All sign up information is valid.
Changing stores and loyalty
I have tried to change stores in my account and for some reason the default store of Hinton continues to show up. I currently reside in Sundre but I’m not able to change to this store. Also, I have shopped numerous times in the store yet my reward points don’t show up on my account. This app and program is not very user friendly nor is it helpful.

Account no recognized anymore
My account is no longer found on the app with the new update, all of the points I’ve collected are gone. ☹️
Unhappy
Got the new version of app and now my old account is not recognized !!! So am I going to lose my smart shoppers credit creating new account , probably !! Not happy

Simple to use
Love the fact you can access the latest flyer. Obviously an issue for others a year ago... nice to see updates have been completed based on user feed back.

Still no flyer & not all of the tabs work. I’d like to contact them but the contact us just spins around & around. Annoying app

This app would be better suited if it had access to the flyer & by putting the shoppers program on Apple Wallet where it would be more easily accessible.
