Wrong bus schedule
I asked multiple times to have my sons bus schedule corrected. I only received notifications for drop off. Nothing for pick up. Also, if there’s a sub bus, it doesn’t register any route. Also, my sons pre k class’ last day was June 12th, but still getting drop off notifications

The school is in the entirely wrong location of its actual address on the afternoon drop off map. It is correct in the morning.
Substitute buses are slow to track the GPS tracking nearly always.
The GPS tracking regular bus is slow to track some of the time.
The other bus stop numbers are no longer showing, and haven’t been since last school year, but it does show them in photos of what this app offers.
Once these kinks are worked out, this app will be much better. I do rely on it. it is better than nothing, but it could be better.

Works sometimes.
This app works sometimes. That why I gave a 2 star not 1 one star review.. The time was completely off and sometimes it just doesn’t show where my bus is. It like is guessing game if it going to work or not. I just don’t know if it’s the app or the bus company or driver fault who does the tracking.
rediculous expectations
now the 3rd time this year already this app has screwed me again to get my son to skool i have no transportation and of course its my fault right according to the school/attendance coordinator when im already struggleing to get my boy to school willingly and happy…:(

It is so cool that it can tell me where my buss is! It is really hepfull and amazing!
Time was not correct
Bus was at the stop per the picture, but the time still said 7 more minutes. If we didn’t zoom in and look where the bus was, he would have missed the bus.
Terribly Inconsistent
If you’re a school system looking for a consistent system, look elsewhere. We had no problems with this system for years. The bus route did not change. All of a sudden this year, the app is not tracking the bus 90% of the time. The school system and the company (which I’m sure the company is feeding them the garbage) both say that it’s the cell signal dropping out. I get that it is possible to drop, but shouldn’t it reconnect when it comes back into service (like it always did in previous years)? It never does. It sounds like bad hardware or a bug that got introduced into the system, but they’re just saying it’s signal when, for years, it wasn’t a problem like this. They can’t convince me that cell signal has degraded that significantly in less than a year in this area. Way to try and avoid fixing your hardware or software. Terrible all around.

Underwhelming
This app freezes up a lot. Also it’s not never intuitive on where to click if I want to see the entire route. It would be nice to have a map or list option to see where the bus is because the map freezes a lot too. Definitely room for improvement.

It’s a really nice app especially when I need to find the bus minus the fact it keep logging me out every now and then.

Better than nothing.
The app is useful but could be better. You cannot trust it a 100% but it’s better than nothing. Last week it was showing the bus arriving and departing the stops when the bus wasn’t even there yet. For a while it used to show all the stops and when the bus has already passed a stop but this was taken away. It was very helpful. I hope they are working to make it better.
