Hard to understand I don’t know what I’m supposed to do

Notification Problems

Seems to be a consistent issue with notifications. Sometimes I get them, most of the time I don’t. And my spouse’s phone is the same so it’s not a device issue.

Notifications are awful

Notifications do not persist and I am consistently missing important communication from my kids teachers. Had to switch to text messages to ensure I get my messages.

Can’t log in

Used the app last year, deleted it at end of school year, downloaded it again and can’t log in because I’m not getting the text message with the verification code. Can’t get any help with this issue

Love it so much☺️

My school made a strict law that we can't communicate through email, neither google chat, only through school email, which I don't have one. I have a feature request that you can also be able to send just voice messages to teachers. That's all, thanks 😊
