My daughter is a student of Mrs. Whiteman and that’s the reason I got in touch with Mrs. Whiteman and got to know her. Mrs. Whiteman is an Amazing Teacher, awesome human being and always ready to help student and also satisfy parents with Their questions, irrespective of the time and day. She helped me during the weekend which no teacher will do and I really appreciate that.

Some bad UI elements
This app should not interrupt my audio player on launch. The notification badge number is also always incorrect. It will show 5 or 7 when I have one new message.
Needs work
There should be a way to archive or delete announcements from your stream once you’ve read them.
Also, as a parent I should be able to message multiple teachers at once.

Accessibility is importante
Just wish to understand how a such simple app cannot have dark mode or use smart invert on it! It is a great app but accessibility is missing big time!
App frequently does not work
Would give it 4 or 5 stars if it worked but I continuously get a “We’ll be right back. Our site is currently down” page when I open the app no matter how many times I restart the phone or reinstall the app. Been like this for more than a year.
Unreliable
Never opens announcements when I click on a notification, instead we get a screen saying it’s unavailable. Usually have to close out and reload or re-download to get it working. Confusing to navigate when it does work. You cannot see the messages sent by the other student’s guardian either. So often my spouse & I are playing separate catch-up during the workday uncertain what the teacher is addressing. Worst part is the school relies *exclusively* on this unreliable app for all comms, so good luck keeping up on deadlines or assignments.

Stopped Working
The app stopped working when the kids went on Christmas break. It’s says the site is currently down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, nothing!
Very Unreliable
This app is constantly offline and the presentation format leaves a lot to be desired
First working now not
At first, this app was great! Now it says I need update but it wont with my device not updated. This issue needs serious help right now.
App down (again)
“We’ll be back soon” message has been up for at least a week. Meanwhile my kids teacher continues to share things. So app is working for her. I'm just unable to see anything or contact admin for assistance.
App broken for months
“We will be back soon site currently down” for months now. Deleted and reinstalled numerous times. Can’t access any teacher messages and missing everything since this is their main communication method.
Talking points bug to close the image
Every thing good, messages, audio and video but when we open a video / image in a chat, we cannot close it by clicking on the left most x icon on new iPhone pro max. It worked well on android. So this is creating a problem whenever I open an image or clip on chat. I cannot go back, swipe left or right, or I cannot minimize the image. The only thing I could do is to close the app. CN you please investigate and fix this.

Terrible app, not user friendly at all
This app is terrible. I truly don't believe the app rating. Bot reviewers I assume. Every school utilizing this as their mode of communication should highly reconsider.
Please stop taking over audio just to open
The app takes over audio on the iPhone. If I open it while playing music, it forces the music to stop. Can you fix it so it does not do this?

I did like it at first, but not sure what happened along the road that out of nowhere I am writing, and by the time I am done more words are added to what I wrote. Fix it pls
Infuriating program
Always having troubles, won’t let you login at times. Trying to get help with that takes forever, and on top of that it’s absolutely annoying that you open the app and it disabled any type of sound you have on your phone. Seriously hate that my school uses this.
Site not available
I do get phone notifications for new messages but when I try to access the site “it shows site is under maintenance. It’s been that way all day today
