So convenient
This year app has worked amazingly, love that I don’t have to be outside waiting without knowing how long is going to take as is time I could used for other things. Hope app keeps working as it as las year it was not reliable at all
Great when it works
This app is great… about 10 days a school year. The rest of the time the bus never displays on the map so you have no idea how far away it is. Very cool idea but it’s just not reliable
Alerts
This app is not working well for me I’m not receiving any alerts for one of the zones although set up properly and receiving alerts for the other zones…
Awful customer service
My app doesn’t work with my student name and ID number and it’s correct because I double checked with the school . I’ve been trying to contact the company via email and also with phone calls since the school year started and they never reply and never even tried to help me figure out what’s going on to try fixing my issue . It’s really frustrating to send tons of emails and not a single person to help .

Great App
I love this app. I’ve had to use it for 3 years for my son and it works great. I’m very happy with it and it’s dependable. Makes life easier for the parent.
The worst buss app I’ve ever had!
It doesn’t work despite having the correct settings, and no one from the support team responds- I’ve contacted them several times and no one has helped!
This never works
The routes don’t correspond with the buses, especially when the bus changes. You don’t get regular notifications, if you get any at all. It’s basically a worthless app.

Very hard to use
Not user friendly at all. I cannot figure out how to track the bus. The camp sent out step by step instructions but they are very complicated. This app would be way better if the developers would simplify it and perhaps get someone to test it out and see where the problems are.
Won’t search routes
Pretty useless. Route search just complains that we need to pick a route but when we input the route nothing happens. It just complains we need to pick a route.
Trash
Has to be one of the most unreliable apps for tracking I’ve used since my son has been attending camp. Support is next to non-existent and even if they respond, nothing gets fixed.
Bus app issues
It has given me many issues with inputting the bus number info. Please fix this.

Yea this app works most of the time but some times the app just freezes for 5 minutes
A suggestion
Only issue is app does update the bus when it’s a sub. Whenever that is the case you can’t track as the sub bus isn’t connected to the route. Would be helpful if this could be done

Accurate
I would say this app is accurate and very helpful especially when determining where the bus is so I can make sure my student is ready to go on time. The only thing that happens periodically, and I am not sure if it is a bug within the app or has something to do with my phone, is that I will get logged out automatically. That can sometimes cause stress if I get locked out in the middle of the morning rush. Also, for some reason and I have checked as best as I can, I do not get notifications whenever the bus enters the neighborhood zone that I selected. It could just be me and I have not unlocked this feature to where it is actually useful. You cannot communicate between yourself and the bus service using this app. Though I do not believe that is the intent of the app, it would be an amazing feature. Overall, we are happy this app exists and have benefited from its use.

Love this concept
This app is so cool and has worked great all year in tracking our daughter’s junior high bus. However, we could never manage to get it to track our son’s intermediate school bus even though we added and re-added his bus to routes we wanted to follow several times. (Not sure if the disconnect is with the app or the school to be fair.) Overall, have loved the experience of tracking our daughter’s bus and receiving alerts when her bus is “in the home zone.” Would definitely continue to use!
