Bus app issues
It has given me many issues with inputting the bus number info. Please fix this.

Yea this app works most of the time but some times the app just freezes for 5 minutes
A suggestion
Only issue is app does update the bus when itâs a sub. Whenever that is the case you canât track as the sub bus isnât connected to the route. Would be helpful if this could be done

It is convenient to see where the school bus is. Sometimes I got logged off that is why I set 4 stars
Accurate
I would say this app is accurate and very helpful especially when determining where the bus is so I can make sure my student is ready to go on time. The only thing that happens periodically, and I am not sure if it is a bug within the app or has something to do with my phone, is that I will get logged out automatically. That can sometimes cause stress if I get locked out in the middle of the morning rush. Also, for some reason and I have checked as best as I can, I do not get notifications whenever the bus enters the neighborhood zone that I selected. It could just be me and I have not unlocked this feature to where it is actually useful. You cannot communicate between yourself and the bus service using this app. Though I do not believe that is the intent of the app, it would be an amazing feature. Overall, we are happy this app exists and have benefited from its use.

Love this concept
This app is so cool and has worked great all year in tracking our daughterâs junior high bus. However, we could never manage to get it to track our sonâs intermediate school bus even though we added and re-added his bus to routes we wanted to follow several times. (Not sure if the disconnect is with the app or the school to be fair.) Overall, have loved the experience of tracking our daughterâs bus and receiving alerts when her bus is âin the home zone.â Would definitely continue to use!

TERRIBLE APP
The bus is NEVER on the app at all. Iâve used this app my entire 2025-2026 school year and the entire second semester my bus has not been on the app. Itâs constantly showing my bus in different locations and I I didnât have a clear cut schedule I wouldâve missed the bus. I HATE this app and wished my school never used it.

Doesnât work for me
Havenât been able to use it. The code provided to me by my school to access the app is not working.
Excellent app
Very good app, shows the location in real time. Excellent to know the exit and entry of the children, the bad thing is that it does not always come out if the children get on the bus
Love this app
So useful especially when itâs freezing outside and your bus is late. Saved us so much time of being frozen in the cold. And my brother has challenged it saying itâs not accurate so he goes early but every time I always get there right on time. Love the accuracy of this. GOOD JOB

Great feature!
Itâs awesome, knowing where my kid is at at all times even where the school bus is when I canât track him so I know when the bus is actually going to show up at his bus stop in the morning because it could be anytime between 8:02 AM and 8:43 AM. Take a guess or use the app and know when the bus is coming!

App has not been tracking at all for over a week. Unacceptable for real.
Good app
Really great to have this info. Helps the kids get to the bus on time but not have to wait outside for too long. Love knowing they made it to school. Minus one star because sometimes it has connectivity issues and canât show the bus. Also signs me out randomly.

Routing bus
When routing the bus is great in the morning when it comes to the afternoon bus the tracking disappears and canât track the bus. I have called the bus company and all they say is that I need to restart the application which I did and it still doesnât work. Never had this problem last year. Not always gets notifications sent is another problem.
