Horrible customer service
I have always hated this app. There is no way to see fees paid for previous school years. I know for a fact I paid fees for my son for last year, but the school is claiming I did not. I cannot find how they are listed to search on my bank account, and the reporting on the app only shows what has happened this school year. Then when you select the option on the app to have an answer which isn’t provided in the app….they then give a phone number which never gets answered. You select the option to get a call back, and of course you’re never called back. For the fees charged to use this horrible service, we should be able to get full reports from the app or at the very least have an actual person answer a call or an email (not even an option). Horrible. Horrible. Horrible!!!!

So much better than the website
I’ve had nothing but problems on the desktop site. Checking out by clicking that you’ve agreed to the policies was a redundant loop nightmare. None of that happens on the app — it’s straightforward and the main actions work as they should, easily. It’s relatively intuitive how to switch between multiple kids’ accounts.

Who charges $12 in processing fees these days? The app and website are impossible to navigate have to reload won’t let you scroll where you need to. Ridiculous. Our school should fire this scam company. Where’s the ‘convenience fee’ going to if it’s not to make the app or website ui useable???

Worst app I have ever encountered. Forced to work with this bc of school. No clue how anything works - errors at every turn.
