This app has been working great, until the last week. We’ve had lots of glitching and getting kicked out mid orders. This happened again this morning and resulted in a duplicate order being placed since it kicked me out in the middle of placing an order with Venmo and it still went through but didn’t show up for awhile. So a second order was made thinking it failed before processing. Now there are two identical orders and the customer was charged twice with no way for me as the sales mom to cancel the duplicate order. GET SOME SUPPORT AVAILABLE!!

Perfect!

I honestly don’t understand why so many people rate this app so poorly. This is my first year as a Cookie Mom and I’m very satisfied with it. It’s very easy to use. The only things I wish it could do that it can’t is generate full sales reports and update Cookie Sites. You have to log in on a web browser to do those two things. And that truly doesn’t bother me. It’s perfect for what it’s made for — taking quick cookie orders during booths and tracking online sales for girls individually and the troop as a whole.

Remove the Blue button!

The blue button “+New Cookie Order” on the troop order side is the worst spot for that. It needs a new location that isn’t right next to the “Start My Booth Sales” it has been an issue for, no exaggeration, everyone doing the ebudde accounting.

Also add in a apple/google pay tap feature please. It’s been great with Venmo added!

App good, offline orders bad

The app works fine but adding the cash button this year for tracking took away the option to add cookies sold at booths and elsewhere. There is NO place externally where the girls or customers to see how well they are doing. Silly to tell someone you made your goal and show 50%. Bring it back!

With improvements to function this could be great

The new cash payment feature is great. However, being only able to see the summary after a sale is made and no way to get back to that screen is dumb. Make it so that is option to toggle back to - make it so other sale info can also be accessed when you want to not after a purchase.
