Platform great; mobile app almost there

Platform service is top notch!

The app is a seamless integration with the web app so that’s great. The owner is quite active on discord, which provides a good deal of trust.

Some ideas for improvement in UX on the mobile and web app: Would be great to add a way of uploading serial numbers (for power users) to handle insurance/issues quicker, provide order breakdown upload per tracking number from user side (so it’s easy for users to compare with the received scans).

BG is the best in the business period. Have worked with them for years now and have always had a good experience. Only group with an excellent support framework and claims coverage for missing items. BG is solid as it gets!

Mediocre app and group

I’ve been buying for this group for over four years at the beginning since Mark cofounded the company. They post quite a bit of Deal under cost, but my concern is they lose a lot of items shipped to their warehouse or scan items at incorrect prices resulting in extra work to submit Support ticket check on status of ticket and corresponding with associates that lack experience.

BG Can’t Be Beat

Been doing business with BG for 3 years now. Never once have they missed a payment or went back on their word. Despite the ups and downs throughout my time with them, they’ve always been honest and transparent. On top of that they provide insurance if anything goes wrong.

Stay away from this BG. They are scammers. They currently owe me over 4k since August of 2025 and nothing is being done about it. Customer support is nonexistent.
